You will collaborate closely with top performers on Enterprise and Strategic accounts.In this role, you will become an industry expert in Subscriptions, owning solution design and strategy for your clients. Your growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit will drive innovation and help customers accelerate their recurring revenue growth through our Subscription Revenue Management suite.Roles and Responsibilities:Become the subscription revenue expert in Chargebee’s platformAct as the subject matter expert and strategic technical counterpart to Account Executives on the Enterprise teamGuide prospects through their journey as they launch or scale their subscription business globallyConduct workshops, deliver product demonstrations, configure tailored solutions, and present value propositions to outline how we can help customers achieve their business outcomesDesign best-practice solution architectures and process flows/workflows to help customers visualize their path to a better, more profitable futureOutline the scope of the project, and collaborate with our Professional Services team to make sure the design and approach is sound and the customer's experience/time to value is streamlinedBeing a critical member in the field, you will act as the voice of the customer and provide valuable feedback and recommendations to our Product Management and Sales Leadership teamsTravel throughout your assigned region as needed to support marketing, and field events or meet with customers onsiteMust haves:Fluency in both German and English is required.
