With operations across the UK and Europe, this company recruits and deploys employees for international projects on a consistent basis.This organization is now seeking talent for the role of Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a newly created role. Supporting a team and reporting to the CPO, the Head of Talent Acquisition will work closely with the senior business leaders to secure talent across Europe.The Head of Talent Acquisition will also have responsibility for strategically reviewing the current TA processes and addressing any that are not currently delivering the talent required.Key responsibilities:Develop recruitment strategies for hiring both in Ireland and overseas.Build & maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to better understand needs.Assess and review current recruitment agency usage and SLA's - adjusting as necessary.Set clear objectives for the TA team, cultivating a focused team where members' skills are developed.Act as a strategic advisor.Produce resourcing plans and define priority roles.Collaborate with the Global Mobility team to ensure planning is in place for all international hiring.Work closely with the wider HR team.Utilize recruitment and candidate management technology.Minimum Requirements:To be considered for this role, you will have a strong background in recruitment - both agency & in-house.
