? About the Role: As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team with daily administrative tasks and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist executives with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally.
Project Coordination: Help coordinate projects by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Collaborate with different departments to gather information and provide updates.
Event Assistance: Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research on various topics to assist with decision-making processes.
Compile data and provide summaries or recommendations.
Requirements Education: Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields.
Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
