About The Role L'Arche Ireland is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Leader, to lead and grow a unique charity, part of a worldwide movement changing the way we look at disability; and support its Board of Directors and senior leadership team in continuing to shape the future in its Cork, Dublin and Kilkenny communities. The CEO and Leader will have overall responsibility for the leadership of LArche Ireland and, under the strategic direction of the Board of LArche Ireland and the LArche International Representative, lead on the implementation of the organisations operational strategy. With a deep commitment to LArches strategic values, vision and ethos, the CEO and Leader will foster a culture of inclusion across the communities, and maintain and further strengthen its relationships with all stakeholders (including funders, regulators and the wider disability community), locally, nationally and internationally. They will also ensure the delivery of the highest-quality services with its Core Members through the effective management of day-to-day operations, including finance, funding, risk and safeguarding.
