The main responsibilities for this role would be to prepare, cook, and provide meals for approximately 15 people in a healthcare setting for 2 – 3 days per week.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 2-3 Years experience as Head Chef / Sous Chef working in a healthcare / hospital environment essential.
2. Flexible with work hours and ability to work 8AM – 1PM three days per week for a 6-8 week contract.
3. Experience with preparing foods to include desserts for the elderly.
4. Experience with dietary requirements and preparing food within a healthcare setting.
5. Qualified and HACCP / relevant certificates essential.
