Job Description
The post holder will lead high-profile programmes, acting as the first point of contact with leading airlines.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance programme success and future business opportunities.
* Lead and develop an Integrated Project Team (IPT) from programme award through delivery, facilitating effective decision-making for successful customer requirement realisation.
* Build and maintain cross-functional relationships within TAS, promoting collaborative working.
* Ensure customer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) needs are met by working to a defined Programme Baseline Specification.
* Facilitate in-person milestone meetings with customers and OEMs, set up internal and external meetings, and manage critical information distribution and decision-making.
* Implement effective conflict resolution and programme priority management.
* Manage programme Non-Recurring Cost (NRC) payments upon completion of programme milestones and Recurring Cost (RC) budgets.
* React to emergent issues and risks with a solution-based approach and escalate when necessary.
* Work towards internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supporting business strategic goals.
Requirements
* Relevant project/programme management or equivalent experience.
* Strong skills in customer management, teamwork, negotiations, and decision-making.
* Ability to multi-task and operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
* Initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
