About The Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests by promptly seating them and providing menus.
* Respond to guests' requests and queries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring an exceptional service is delivered at all times.
* Familiarize yourself with our menu and services to answer guests' questions and provide recommendations.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar promptly.
* Deliver food and beverages efficiently and safely, maintaining an exceptional level of service.
* Set up, clear, and service tables after use, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
* Maintain clean and well-presented restaurant areas, assisting with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required.
* Resolve guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Manage cash, charge, float, and till procedures in accordance with agreed protocols.
* Prepare back-of-house service points for breakfast, lunch, or dinner requirements as necessary.
* Support functions and kitchen staff as required, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
* Ensure front-of-house and guest areas are well-maintained at all times.
* Perform other duties as directed by the Restaurant & Bar Manager or management team.
