Job Title: Part-Time Bookeeper 15 hours Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced part-time bookeeper to manage our payroll processes and our day to day accounts.
The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain employee records, and assist with financial reporting.
Responsibilities: Process payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy in calculations.
Maintain employee records, including wages, deductions, benefits and contracts.
Prepare and file necessary PAYE and VAT reports Complete month-end and year-end financial reports for the Accountants Manage supplier accounts Qualifications: Proven experience as a bookkeeper, Familiarity with accounting software Surf and Collsoft is desirable Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Payroll Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
