Job Title: Finance Administration Executive
Responsible to: General Manager
Main Purpose of Job:
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administration Executive to join the Connolly Motor Group, within the Sales Team on site Volkswagen Ballina. This role is for the specified purpose contract for maternity leave cover.
This will require the successful candidate to work alongside the sales team to assist them with the finance administration within the sales process.
Role Responsibilities:
* Qualifies the customer’s requirements
* Checks the credit status of each customer and proposes the customer to finance providers in accordance with company policies
* Agrees the payment method with the customer, completing all relevant administration in accordance with provider policy and current legislation
* Works with colleagues and other teams across the locations to provide a seamless service to customers
* Understanding of GDPR implications
Skills and Competencies:
* APA / QFA Qualification is a distinct advantage but not essential
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage but not essential
* Strong communication skills with customers, colleagues, finance providers and the manufacturer
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)
* Experience of using Kerridge (CRM System) – Desirable not essential
* Strong numerical skills
* Possess strong attention to detail with administrative functions
* Time Management skills - Work independently in a busy, active environment, managing own time and workflow
* Strong problem-solving ability to identify and resolve queries in a professional manner in a timely manner
* Present a professional image to both internal and external customers, through attitude, behaviour and personal appearance
* Full clean driver’s license is essential
