We are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual to this newly-created middle leadership role of Assistant Director of Ethos.
The post holder will contribute to the continued development and delivery of our Ethos Programme, which is central to the day-to-day life of the College. The person appointed will have the opportunity to lead and support the spiritual, pastoral and faith formation of students and staff, and encourage students to engage in service, leadership and reflection in line with our Mission.
The ideal candidate will have an authentic interest in, and passion for, Jesuit education and its values. Educated to degree level, the person appointed will have relevant and successful experience working with young people in teaching, faith formation, youth ministry and/or outreach work in an education-related setting. An understanding of the unique aspects of boarding school life will be desirable though not essential.
The post is a full-time role during the academic year, including the month of June. Some flexibility to coordinate events during evenings and weekends will be necessary.
