Job Opportunity: Stores / Dispatch Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional passionate about food service and operational excellence to oversee and optimise our day-to-day operations.
The Role
* Support the management team with daily operational functions.
* Ensure all stock, finances, and waste management processes are controlled and accounted for across all store locations.
* Dispatch services to deliver a full suite of catering solutions to our clients.
* Manage personnel planning, including training, rostering, and temporary staff allocation.
* Oversee equipment maintenance, financial documentation, and regulatory compliance (H&S, HACCP, and ISO standards).
Key Responsibilities
Equipment & Dispatch Management
* Maintain and prepare EPoS units and other equipment for service.
Team Leadership
* C coach, mentor, and manage staff performance, ensuring effective staffing and compliance with wage processes.
Stock & Waste Management
* Monitor incoming goods, dispatch, waste, and returns to ensure accurate stock control.
Health & Safety
* Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and compliance with industry regulations.
Communication & Collaboration
* Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members to maintain operational excellence.
Skills & Personal Attributes
* A passion for food and exceptional customer service.
* Proven experience in people management and team development.
* Strong financial acumen to manage stock and budgets effectively.
* Professionalism and excellent communication skills at all business levels.
* Hands-on operational skills with the ability to lead by example.
