Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to expand our European business with Telecoms Service Providers (Tier 1 and 2).
This is a senior sales role that requires delivering against sales targets, developing a strong pipeline of targeted accounts and executing outbound campaigning to build new logo business using existing Service Provider contacts.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling complex solutions (500K-2 million USD deal sizes) and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Attend trade shows and events to identify new business opportunities.
* Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to target key decision-makers at Telecoms Service Providers.
* Sell complex solutions showcasing the return on investment (ROI).
* Work closely with the Presales team to deliver software demonstrations.
* Manage multiple potential customers and opportunities simultaneously.
* Regularly travel to meet with potential customers.
This role requires a deep understanding of BSS / OSS / Digital Transformation applications used in support of Telecommunications Operators' businesses. The successful candidate must be able to articulate the applications' ROI and navigate complex customer environments.
A strong sales track record spanning at least 5 years is essential for this position, as well as experience working with Salesforce and accurate reporting.
