As a world leader in the Alumina industry, Aughinish Alumina is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Installation of new systems, including networking setups
* Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues
* Ensuring technical and quality standards are met while delivering high customer satisfaction
* Working closely with clients to identify issues and implement technical solutions
* Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing various systems
* Identifying opportunities to enhance our systems
Requirements and Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience as Support Analyst or similar role
* 3rd level degree or industry certifications
Skills/Competencies/Experience
* Practical experience with Microsoft client and server applications
* Enterprise endpoint management tools such as MECM and Active Directory
* Modern communication and collaboration tool suites such as MS Teams
* Network troubleshooting with knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and diagnostic tools
* Managing and preserving technical equipment
