Patrol Assist – Roadside Support – Greater Dublin Area

* Shift work to include weekend availability

* Base salary of €34,200 with OTE of €38,000 - €44,000

The Ideal Candidate:
* Full clean driving licence (Category B); BE & BC licences are a plus.
* Practical knowledge of vehicle mechanics and prior experience in a similar role.
* Flexible to work 40 hours a week, including weekends and overtime during peak periods.
* Strong passion for the motor industry and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Positive, can-do attitude with high energy and eagerness to excel.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
* Proven track record of meeting deadlines, KPIs, and working well in a team.
Duties:
* Perform high-quality repairs or part replacements on vehicles at the scene of breakdowns, both private and commercial.
* Assess repair options, manage costs, and arrange recovery or garage assistance as needed in coordination with the support team.
* Maintain professionalism in driving, customer service, and safety, upholding the company’s image and standards.
* Effectively use communication systems and ensure all interactions meet required standards.
* Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent working condition.
* Receive full training with opportunities for career progression into senior roles.
