Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships Engage with multiple stakeholders to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes Design scripts and tools to automatically extract large volumes of data from data sources, improving efficiency and availability Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights Requirements: Expert ETL, SQL and Python experience Experience with cloud based technologies, data migration/automation and data engineering practices Exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights Superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous Strong project management skills and experience in leading data analysis projects and solutions Preferred Qualifications: Cloud Technologies certification Experience with Data Modelling and Data engineering techniques Experience with Agile development methodology Healthcare / Pharmacy experience We believe everyone – of every race, gender, sexuality, age, location and income – deserves the opportunity to live their healthiest life.
