Job Title: Resident Site Architect
We are seeking a high-calibre registered Resident Site Architect to join our Dublin studio.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, energetic, and possess excellent communication, design, and detail skills. They will also have the ability to manage projects through all stages.
We are a busy studio with many innovative new projects developed in partnership with our award-winning interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be on / eligible for the RIAI Register of Architects - with a minimum of 10 years Post Professional Practice Examination experience.
* Have a passion for architectural design, strong technical knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and enjoy working in motivated team environments.
* Have relevant cross-sector experience in design development, detailing, and contract management.
* A detailed working knowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulation, and Building Control Legislation.
* Have a strong understanding of GCCC contract procedures.
* Ability to interface with Revit / BIM models.
