Role: Breakfast Supervisor
Reporting to: Food & Beverage Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the management team in efficiently and effectively controlling the departmental operation.
* Oversee the breakfast service, buffet presentation, and all operating standards.
* Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the F&B in line with the departmental SOP manual.
* Ensure all departmental staff can carry out their duties to the standards laid down in the standard of performance manual.
* Maintain the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, appearance, body language, and conduct of employees in the department.
* Ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay from all departmental personnel.
* Assist in achieving goals related to mystery audits and all customer feedback platforms.
* Empower, encourage, and promote employees to make on-the-spot guest satisfaction decisions.
* Ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
* Ensure all guest requests are met regarding room allocation and specification (i.e., VIPs, regulars, groups & special requirements).
* Maximize revenue through upselling and additional sales, efficient recording of sales.
* Meet with all group organizers and follow up on any requests or concerns.
* Ensure all staff make follow-ups promptly on any guest request and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Process all charges for groups and individuals efficiently.
* Manage and control seating capacity without compromising standards.

This is a full-time role, 5 days over 7 days, daytime working hours only. Typical working hours are 6:30 am - 2 pm; flexibility may be required.
