CONTRACT DETAILS:
Role: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid
Duration: 18 months
We are looking for a Project Manager to join a global leading tech client of ours at their engineering development centre in Dublin.
The Project Manager will create and drive projects and is an exciting and dynamic role at the centre of many of the engineering cross-site initiatives.
The Engineering Centre designs, develops, and implements engineering solutions at large scale for the full suite of the company’s products.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Create and drive plans for the implementation of individual projects with the ability to drive results across a set of stakeholders across several projects.
2. Able to consistently apply and combine excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
3. Support cross-site strategies and projects (e.g., talent, ecosystem and future skilling, innovation and value creation, and engineering excellence).
4. Work with the business manager to plan and run large-scale engineering all-employee meetings and events.
5. Working with the business manager and engineering leads to help curate content that tells the story of the engineering site and the value creation.

4. Proven ability to respectfully influence, motivate, negotiate, collaborate, and partner with multiple stakeholders across all levels of authority and leadership.
5. Flexible work style and agile, able to change project direction based on sponsor feedback, deviation to metrics, etc.
6. A trusted advisor that offers insights and advice for a broad range of project management and business challenges.
