Our client is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well-organised, efficient, and have proven experience in a sales/customer service role.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional, efficient, and timely customer service via phone, email, or in-person.
2. Accurately process customer orders and manage phone calls including orders, inquiries, and complaints.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Provide product and service information to customers and support our sales representatives.
5. Assist with marketing and promotional mailings.
6. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements:
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Experience in sales/customer service.
9. Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and order processing systems.
