Our client is a retail supplier who is now looking for a Sales and Pricing Administrator, operating within the Sales & Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate:
* Knowledge of purchasing systems and experience of retail multiples would be a distinct advantage
* Previous experience in a sales admin or pricing admin role
* Highly numerate with attention to detail
* Highly organised, good communicator and team worker
* Self-motivated, dedicated, hardworking and flexible
* Customer focused with the ability to operate in a pressurised environment
* An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the duties of this role will include:
* Management of all On & Off Trade administration with critical focus on all pricing, promotion submission and communication. Forecasting and analysis are also key elements to the role.
* Administration of all price files and coordination of NLF's & updating PIM systems.
* Key all customer pricing & maintain price bands, group promotional activities etc.
* The ongoing management of the pricing interrelationships between the customer’s web portals will be a critical element of the job.
* Coordinate the annual list price update and the related management of customer special prices.
* Manage other reporting tasks and miscellaneous duties to include representative reports, account reviews & territory amendments.
* The preparation of presentations for Sales Meetings, customer proposals and other events using Power Point will also be an important element of the job.
* Provide back-office support for the sales representatives as required.
* Dealing with additional administrative/clerical ad hoc duties as they arise.
* Maintaining & coordinating, equipment monthly sales reports, equipment loan agreements and service logs.
