* Subject Matter Expert in Personio Applications:
Be the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for specific Personio applications, guiding customers to unlock their full potential.
* Feedback & Insights:
Shape Personio Products by providing valuable feedback to the product team to enhance our applications based on real customer needs.
Requirements:
* Sales Experience: 3 years + in software or related services, including experience in complex sales processes and closing deals.
* Pipeline Management: Strong expertise in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
* Collaboration Skills: Experience collaborating with HR, IT, and C-level teams.
