HR Executive Position in Cork
Our client's hotel in Cork is seeking an experienced HR Executive for a full-time role. This position will oversee the day-to-day HR functions, reporting directly to the General Manager and Group HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage HR administration, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
* Foster a positive work environment through transparent communication and employee engagement initiatives.
* Support team management, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development.
* Oversee the recruitment process, from advertising and screening to selection and onboarding.
* Provide comprehensive onboarding and training for new employees.
* Maintain accurate employee records and strive for a paperless HR department.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory training requirements.
* Provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Submit payroll and manage absenteeism effectively.
* Implement group-wide HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Desirable: HR qualification.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role or department.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
* High level of emotional intelligence.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic hospitality environment.
