Quality Assurance Manager
Play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional food safety and quality across all areas, from production to storage and transport. This role is at the heart of our commitment to delivering top-notch quality, with duties that encompass supplier relationships, product standards, and compliance with regulatory benchmarks.
* Full-Time Permanent Position
* Competitive Salary of €65000-€75000
* Location: Southwest Co. Dublin
* Working hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation and ongoing management of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), making sure they align with current standards and regulations.
* Lead the HACCP team, setting high standards and guiding internal audits to ensure our practices consistently excel.
* Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies such as HSE and FSAI, overseeing compliance during audits, third-party inspections, and customer reviews.
* Manage supplier and product approval processes to ensure top-tier quality from all inputs.
* Align the management team with food safety and quality goals to drive unified progress.
* Define and uphold quality standards for all finished products, ensuring each meets our strict guidelines.
* Conduct FSMS audits, collaborate with the team to address any compliance issues, and refine processes where needed.
* Oversee food safety training, ensuring materials stay relevant and up-to-date, and maintain a high standard across the board.
* Resolve food safety and quality-related operational issues and handle consumer feedback to maintain our reputation for excellence.
* Ensure site hygiene and pest control standards remain rigorous and effective.
* Provide regular, detailed reports on food safety and quality performance, tracking progress against targets.
Key Collaborations
* Work closely with Management and Operations Teams, Customers, and Contractors.
What We’re Looking For
* A relevant degree in Science or Food Science.
* 3-5 years of experience in technical quality management.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems, with experience implementing and managing quality management systems.
* An adaptable, problem-solving mindset, combined with excellent communication and organizational skills.
