What is this position: As a Manufacturing Technician, you will provide technical support related to equipment utilized in the manufacturing areas by repairing, maintaining, or modifying production equipment. You will monitor machine output during the shift to ensure all cells are running to cycle time and meet specific targets.
What You'll Be Doing: Install and validate equipmentConduct scheduled maintenance, diagnosing, and troubleshooting faultsPerform skilled maintenance and repair such as mechanical, pneumatics, and electrical systemsLead on maintenance and/or process issuesAbility to interpret blueprints and schematicsCertify and train manufacturing associates in the production processesIdentify and implement corrective actions for manufacturing-related issuesHow does this role fit into the organisation: You will report to a Process Engineering Manager on a team of approximately 20, which includes process engineers and manufacturing technicians.
