HR Manager Opportunity
Award-winning hospitality organisation seeks a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager to drive people strategy and lead the HR department.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage all recruitment activities, including devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.
2. Lead on and advise managers on all employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances.
3. Organise and schedule mandatory training for all new and existing employees, such as health and safety and food allergen training.
4. Liaise with payroll department to complete payroll administration, including notifying of new starters, leavers, and employees going on paternity leave.
5. Utilise the company HR System to update and revise employee records, download performance documentation, and log absence.
6. Lead on performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews and tracking performance of employees.
7. Drive employee engagement, including conducting employee feedback surveys and organising wellbeing events.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience
* Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management
* Skilled in liaising with payroll and devising HR Strategy
* Proficient in using HR Systems
* Obtained degree in HRM and HR Qualification
