Finance Administrator Salary: €30k, pro rata 3 days a week, ON SITE Location: Navan, Co Meath Flexible days / Hours- Description of Role: Our client is now seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team in Navan, Co Meath. The Finance Administrator will provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure the efficient and accurate administration of the companys finance functions. Requirements: Recording of all income to the Region, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation for audit purposes is in place. Monthly Invoicing for Fair Deal. Preparation of lodgements. Recording of Credit Card Expenditure, ensuring all supporting documentation is in place. Administration for Legal affairs. Liaison with Auditors where necessary. Work closely with Assistant Accountant to ensure all tasks are covered. Where needed work with external partners for Payroll and Accounts Payable. Other ad hoc tasks arising.
