Building a sustainable tomorrow We are recruiting a HR & Payroll Administrator with a minimum of 1+ years' relevant experience with a willingness to learn, to work in our HR Admin and Payroll team at our Head Office in Kill, Co Kildare. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract working with the Peoples Services team, the HR & Payroll Administrator will report to the HR Admin & Payroll Manager, IRL, providing support to all HR Admin and Payroll activities. Salary: €30,000 per annum Your mission Ensure all employee data on both the HR and Payroll system(SAP - Success factors) is up to date. Involvement in the operational processing of weekly payroll (payroll package - COINS). Inputting of timesheet info for weekly paid employees. Assisting new employees with onboarding. Issuing contracts of employment. Ensuring all new hire documentation and compliance is in place. Tracking employee changes and ensuring all documentation is in order. Utilising the shared People Services ticketing system, (TopDesk) assigning tickets and responding to queries within SLAs. Answer basic employee queries relating to pay, benefits and general HR queries. Signposting employees to company policies and using company systems where applicable (Time and Attendance System, Expenses System etc). Run and utilise data from BAM Systems (HR System, Payroll System) for stakeholders. Administer employee benefits, bike to work, travel saver etc. Supporting the HR & Admin team as required. Assist with ad hoc data projects. Who are we looking for? 1 year+ relevant HR admin/generalist and payroll experience. Experience using a HR system and payroll systems. Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision. Good knowledge of employee and employment lifecycle processes. HR and/or payroll qualification desirable. Attention to detail.
