Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Identify and prioritize target clients, market segments, and geographic regions.
* Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, and applications. Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and recommend suitable precast concrete solutions.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry. Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company's market presence.
* Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling technical proposals and presentations to clients. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and effective communication of technical details.
* Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide regular market feedback to internal teams for product and service enhancements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Proven experience in technical sales within the precast concrete industry.
* Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
