Job Title: Financial ControllerLocation: Co. WicklowReports To: Finance DirectorOur client are seeking a proactive, results-driven Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the performance and strategic development of the finance function, ensuring the effective management of financial operations, and leading a high-performing finance team.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Support: Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and other financial reports for review.Financial Oversight: Maintain checks and balances on various nominal ledger accounts and ensure the timely preparation of month-end reports.Payroll & Payments: Oversee Group payroll, supplier, and subcontractor functions.
