Windward's Graduate Management Programme is an 18-month rotational programme designed to equip graduates with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become future leaders in the hospitality industry.
About Us
Windward are a team of highly experienced hotel operators and investors with a hotel portfolio of approximately 2,000 keys across Ireland and Continental Europe. Founded in 2007, Windward is a leading hospitality management company, managing and operating hotels on behalf of their owners.
The Programme
The programme is structured into six 3-month rotations across different departments:
* Front Office Reservations & Revenue Management
* Food & Beverage
* Housekeeping
* Support Functions (Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing)
* Ops Management
In addition to day-to-day experience, Graduate Managers will be enrolled on numerous additional qualifications to enhance their professional and personal development.
Objectives
The overall objective of the programme is to create a pipeline to secure and train excellent future managers and leaders across the group.
Requirements
To be eligible for the programme, applicants must have a 3rd level degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management or a related field of study and be willing to relocate to various locations across Ireland (accommodation provided on a temporary basis).
