Job Description Our client, a dynamic organisation in the food production industry, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead financial planning and analysis activities.
The role plays a critical part in shaping the financial strategy and supporting sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities Prepare and deliver budgets and financial forecasts for the organisation.
Manage and analyse profit and loss performance, identifying variances and making recommendations for course corrections.
Support long-term strategic planning processes, including the development of financial models for forecasts and cash flow.
Partner with leadership to provide strategic and ad hoc financial analysis, including loan funding and acquisitions.
Enhance management information reporting tools and ensure effective implementation across teams.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
Evaluate business cases for capital expenditures and contribute to working capital management.
Set and model best practices, maintaining high standards within the finance team and with external stakeholders.
Experience Required Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong expertise in financial modelling, decision support, and strategic financial analysis.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex financial insights and recommendations.
Competencies Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
Proficiency with advanced financial systems and tools.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver results on time.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, influence decisions, and lead initiatives.
Educational Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a recognised institution.
Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is essential.
Working Hours & Benefits Monday to Friday, hybrid working model (minimum of three days on-site).
