Job Title: HR Generalist
Salary: €35,000-€40,000
Description of Role:
An experienced HR Generalist is required to join a growing team in Monaghan Town.
This varied role will include recruitment, attendance management, performance management, employee welfare, engagement, and employee relations.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 years HR Generalist experience
* Experience of absence management including investigations
* Highly influential with ability to use initiative and innovate for continuous improvement
* Excellent communicator and keen relationship builder with all types of stakeholders
* Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software
* Be proactive in the management of site absence
* Represent the Company at careers events and job fairs
* Support with onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, participating in induction training, and follow-up with employees
* Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities
* Provide advice, support, and guidance on processes, policies, and procedures
* Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
