Job Type: 12 month FTC, Hybrid / part-time role also optional
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team
* Manage the billing process, including time entry, invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding payments
* Manage AML requirements for client onboarding, ensuring all procedures are followed
* Manage auditing / accrual requests for clients
* Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates
* Digital dictation
* Processing expenses
* Maintaining and updating client database
* Maintain and organise physical and electronic files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible
* Arrange meetings, conference calls, and travel itineraries
* Other administrative tasks as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 2 – 3 years’ secretarial experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* High degree of attention to detail
* Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload
* Team player, who can also work on their own initiative
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Willingness to be flexible to the needs of the business
