You will have a solid and proven track record as an Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates in the Employment practice group and wider Commercial 2 team.
* Comprehensive email and diary management.
* Manage AML requirements for client onboarding, ensuring all procedures are followed.
* Management of billing process to include time entry, invoicing, client account balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
* Managing audit/accrual requests for clients.
* Maintain electronic files, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
* Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates.
* Digital dictation.
* Co-ordinating travel arrangements, meetings and itineraries.
* Processing Expenses.
* Maintaining and updating client database.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 4+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA.
* In-depth experience with Client Billing/Payments systems.
* Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* High degree of attention to detail.
* Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
* Team player, who can also work on their own initiative.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
