About the Team & Business Line:
Transformation Office strives to create a consistent ability to standardize and optimize our organization at all times. By bringing together subject matter expertise across process, platform, and line of business, we provide clear direction and governance to change, positioning CFS to continually evolve & scale to the changing market dynamics, to our business demands and to our client needs As a core member of our Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients and our business.
ResponsibilitiesYour Role: Work with Business Development to design & implement the European Waterfall sales strategy Support the Business Development Sales Strategy globally, with a primary focus on Europe Design future state Waterfall toolkit (proprietary technology that primarily focuses on complex calculations, allocations, analytics – from Waterfall computations, to liquidity calcs, scenario analysis, carry plans, bespoke client computations etc..) Collaborate with broader CFS Operations team to execute strategy, including supporting the growth and development of our ‘Waterfall Ancil’ service offering, supporting the growth of the Private Market business, specifically the EU region Attract and develop talent, build out a specialized team, to support the growth of the business, specific to the needs of the Waterfall and TO businessStrong knowledge of the business and related experience within the specialized area (eg. Private Markets, Real Assets, Hedge, IR, Treasury, Middle Office etc.) • Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach. Design and lead “Waterfall” toolkit development programs Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives. Work closely with Project teams to guide, teach, and impart specialized knowledge. Assist with business requirements’ sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area.Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformations Office’s expertise, best practices, and technological solutions. Highlight areas of risk, contribute to meetings and overall project reporting via the project manager.Maintain a proactive approach to staying up to date on industry changes and technology advancements.QualificationsAbout You:10+ years of industry experienceExcellent leadership and team management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experienced in leading business transformation initiatives (preferred). Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
