Role and Responsibilities: As part of this high-performing team, you will provide essential support to all practice groups in the following areas: Document Production Creating and amending complex legal documentation, correspondence, presentations and reports, including the preparation of structure charts and the fast and accurate transcription of digital dictations. Proofreading and ensuring that documents are produced according to the organisations style guide Diary Management Accurate scheduling of internal and external meetings Organisation of local and international travel itineraries. Finance Support Processing expenses claims Managing billing processes Ensuring compliance with AML requirements during client onboarding Training Helping to onboard and develop skills of other members of the team. Staying up-to-date with the latest Word Processing software and technology. Skillset Required: 3+ years of experience working as a Legal Secretary, PA/EA or Document Production Specialist in a legal team. Excellent IT Skills, with a focus on MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and PDF tools. Experience with finance/billing related systems. The ability to maintain outstanding attention to detail under pressure. Excellent prioritization, organisation and communication skills.
