1. Lead the charge for day-to-day service operations, setting the bar for excellence.

Business Development Maven:
1. Develop and execute a rock-solid strategy to grow business – more business, more impact!

Revenue Growth & Retention Guru:
1. Drive revenue growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and expanding our service portfolio.
2. Build long-term client partnerships that generate recurring revenue – the key to business sustainability.
3. Keep a close eye on market trends, client feedback, and competitor offerings to continuously improve.
4. Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals – you’ll help them grow just as much as the business.
5. Give regular feedback, coaching, and opportunities for professional development.
6. Lead on-boarding and training efforts as the team grows.
Strategic Visionary:
1. Collaborate with senior management to ensure the company's service strategies align with broader business goals.
2. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and client needs to keep ahead of the game.
Client Relationship Maestro:
1. Be the go-to contact for our key clients, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded.
2. Resolve any client issues swiftly and maintain strong relationships that last.
3. Hold regular meetings to review service performance and discuss future opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or a related field. A Master’s is a bonus!
2. Tech Savvy: 3-5 years in IT services, with 3+ years in leadership or management.
3. Business Acumen: Proven success in driving revenue growth and business development.
4. Leadership Skills: You’ve got what it takes to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
5. Client-Centric: You know how to build and nurture client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
6. Problem-Solving Pro: Strong analytic skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions that push the business forward.
