LiDON is a flagship Texaco fuel partner in Junction 14 Mayfield & Monread Fare and Maxol at the M3 Services site. Additionally, at Junction 14 Mayfield, we are offering a range of sustainable motoring fuels such as electricity (Fast charging partnership with ESB ecars) and BioCNG gas for HGV's in conjunction with Green Generation. We enjoy a strong retail partnership with SPAR on our sites, and our extensive food courts feature high-quality brands such as Insomnia, Zambrero, Chopped, Supermacs, Subway, Papa Johns, Off Beat, Gino's Gelato as well as our own extensive in-store Deli counter at Junction 14 Mayfield.
Working with key stakeholders across LiDON, we are seeking an energetic Sales & Marketing professional to work closely with Group & Site managers to drive growth across the group. Leading the marketing team, this hub role will deliver a balance of leading, doing, and influencing, in close partnership with Site Managers, Department Managers & Group Operations and LiDON Group Directors. The base location for this position is Monasterevin, Co. Kildare; however, the role involves extensive travel across the group to develop and maintain strong F2F relationships with the sites as well as with our brand partners.

What you will have...
* 7 plus years sales or marketing experience in a busy retail or hospitality environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record for new business development and growth
* Strong Team and workstack management experience
* Experience in building and delivering strategic and tactical plans.
* Ability to prioritise, set goals & monitor progress.
* The ability to communicate at all levels, develop relationships and influence key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Innovative and dynamic approach
* Full clean driving licence.
