Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator for our Client, based in Thurles, Tipperary.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position with full training provided.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
1. Answer busy telephones and provide daily customer service support.
2. Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
3. Liaise with drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
4. Manage credit control and ensure timely payments.
5. Handle lodgments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
6. Maintain stock control, ensuring correct levels are managed.
7. Occasionally drive to other depots as needed.
What are we looking for?
1. Customer-focused, polite, and friendly demeanor.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
4. Experience in Sales Administration preferred but not essential.
5. Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
6. Availability to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.
