They are looking for an experienced office administrator to join their growing team in the Galway City HQ.
About Your New Job: Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day admin duties.Updating of management charts and current workload documents.Preparing documents for Senior Leadership Team meetings and Board meetings.Assisting the Technical team with tender submissions.Supporting the ongoing development of the company's corporate branding and quality of presentation material in relation to prequalification and tender submissions.Other ad hoc office duties as requested.What Skills You Will Need: Ability to work on your own initiative.Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.Good time management skills.Experience in using IT systems i.e.
