We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Analyst Unified Experience Team.
The Analyst Unified Experience Team is dedicated to elevating the Expel Workbench experience. As a founding member of the Ireland team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of this platform, empowering our analysts and customers with an even more effective and intuitive tool. You will be building our team culture from the ground up, aligned with our shared goals, and working alongside other teams to achieve common objectives.
This role requires someone with UI-biased Full Stack skills, focusing on stronger UI engineering skills combined with backend development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain critical features of the Expel Workbench, directly enhancing the analyst and customer experience.
2. Translate product requirements into technical implementations, collaborating with product managers and UX designers.
3. Deliver high-quality, clean, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and participating in code reviews.
4. Collaborate across teams (User Experience, Product, Core Engineering, Data, and Product Security) to solve complex engineering challenges.
Technical Requirements:
* Proven experience with modern frameworks (Ember.js and React.js).
* Proven experience with Node.js and at least one other relevant programming language.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
