Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all maintenance of projects.
2. Develop maintenance project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
4. Manage all aspects of project team performance, including maintenance coordination, communication, and conflict resolution.
5. Manage project risk, including identifying potential maintenance issues and developing mitigation plans.
6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
8. Ensure timely completion of all required project documentation.
Qualifications:
9. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Electrical/Mechanical
10. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a maintenance project team effectively.
11. Proven experience managing maintenance of multiple projects simultaneously.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Candidates must be based in Ireland and be available to work with out restrictions
