Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, working closely with Key Account Executives to drive strategic growth opportunities.
2. Identify new revenue streams within existing customer portfolios and proactively hunt for opportunities to expand business.
3. Drive consumption of committed deals through effective onboarding, mid-year check-ins, and new user expansion strategies.
4. Analyze content gaps in current deal structures to minimize losses and identify areas for improvement.
5. Extract valuable customer intelligence from day-to-day interactions to inform Key Account Executives on new development opportunities, such as custom solutions and initiatives.
6. SUPPORT AND RUN RENEWALS.
7. Promote end-to-end workflow efficiency in content production, advising Key Account Executives on how to enhance workflow improvements and deal stickiness through API integrations, DAM requirements, and plugins.
8. Manage all aspects of project-level discovery, quotes, and negotiations for ALC or new committed deals, delegating tasks to Customer Support Associates when necessary.
Who You Are:
* You have extensive experience selling to media and digital publishers, with a deep understanding of the media industry and its end-to-end process.
* You possess exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of developing accounts to drive revenue growth.
* As a seasoned sales professional, you bring a wealth of knowledge in account management, having successfully built business revenue within existing accounts.
* In addition to English, fluency in German language skills is required, including written and verbal communication.
