Requirements:
* APA qualification with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Personal Lines, with leadership or supervisory experience a strong advantage.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* A can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize workloads effectively.
* A structured approach to managing time and resources, both for yourself and your team.
* Possession for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team culture.
