Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious coach to join one of Ireland's best and fastest-growing female fitness brands and take their career to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Coaching and leading members through workouts (in person and online), including appropriate regression and progression, all done safely.
* Offering daily nutrition support, accountability, and guidance (full training given).
* Ongoing coaching support to your own book of members.
* Keeping your members motivated, engaged, and achieving results.
* Programming and workout design.
* Checking in weekly with members, offering support, compliments, and planning (full training provided).
* Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of facilities, proper setup before members arrive.
* Demonstrating exercises and ensuring correct warm-up and cool-down procedures are always followed.

Salary and Benefits
This role includes:
* Excellent pay (higher than the industry average) and guaranteed hours.

Working Hours
Part and full-time positions available, ranging from 15-25 hours per week, with a mix of morning, evening, and weekend work.
