Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Aftersales Manager at Ballybofey Car Company Ltd., located in Ballybofey. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for overseeing top-quality customer service and satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, booking in work, assigning work to the workshop team, developing and implementing aftersales strategies, conducting data analysis to enhance department performance, and collaborating with the sales team to drive customer retention and sales.
