Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR colleagues and line management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.Provide best practice advice and support generally and work with senior members of the HR team to design, communicate and implement new people processes.Provide advice and support to management and employees seeking to resolve employee relations issues.Partner with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent, continually improving our employer brand.Identify needs for business units across all levels on design and delivery of L&D interventions.Take a lead role on HR projects, e.g., enhancement of our Graduate Development Programme.Participate in and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and provide cross-functional support.Propose and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and experience.Requirements: Qualification or equivalent in Human Resources.3+ years within a similar role in the HR distinction within a fast-paced corporate environment.Keen Employment Relations, Performance Management processes, and HRIS exposure.Good communication and organizational skills.Come join our global team of creative thinkers, problem solvers, and game changers.
