About the Company- This National NGO in Dublin 12 is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their Finance team.
About the Role- Reporting to the Financial Controller: Prepare and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's policies and reporting timelines.
Produce monthly management accounts with detailed analysis and schedules.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary finance contact.
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and analytics capabilities.
Prepare monthly rolling forecasts, including detailed variance analysis.
Support the Financial Controller in the preparation of Financial Statements and external audits.
Provide proactive line management support for finance staff in line with the company's core values.
Qualifications- Qualified Member of a relevant accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Minimum 5 years finance experience post-professional qualification.
Experience in large complex accounting functions and working to tight deadlines.
Expertise in financial modelling and reporting using Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
