Job Description
We are looking for a talented leader to support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a target-driven approach to KPIs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing the store team, maintaining excellent shop floor presentation, ensuring adequate stock levels are always maintained, and consistently delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
* Completed leaving certificate or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Full driving licence
* Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
* Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager
