The Victoria Hotel Galway is looking for flexible Food and Beverage - Breakfast staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant and must be confident in taking and serving orders, with a strong understanding of providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate also must have flexibility on working early shifts along weekends and/or weekdays (6.30 - 15.00).
Summary of Key Activities
1. Taking orders and serving customers.
2. Maintaining high levels of quality of service.
3. Taking directions from the breakfast supervisor and the food and beverage manager.
4. Updating stock levels variances.
5. Covering early bar shifts serving drinks and food.
Experience and Skills
1. Ability to work under pressure.
2. Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service.
3. Experience in a similar role.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Show initiative.
6. Knowledge about bar service is an advantage.
